Very Good

Room was larger than standard rooms, it had sofa. Breakfast was delicious and enough to be full.

Breakfast was good but it needs to be careful because the berber bread had an hair in it.

Calm and peaceful location, very polite and nice staff

ALL women staff , which makes you feel safe. Very very calm and quiet place. Everything was amazing except for the WiFi and shower.

Good

I liked size of room, there was clean, worked condition. Hotel is beautiful, authentic, calm, it was quite at night. They have good breakfast for 4 euro. In kitchen works nice woman, who cooked breakfast at time, wich i asked before my flight.

Reception didn’t pick up the phone when i tried to ask how to get their adress. Can be difficult to find. In bathroom no shampoo etc, you need to buy it somewhere yourself.

Fine place to stay, with pluses and minuses, good value of money.

- Nicely decorated Riad, especially the shared areas. - really quiet at night, even too quiet so you hear everything whats going on in the house - nice housekeeping lady - nice cats (which can be minus for some people) - little outside from the touristic area and it might be problem for some people, but we liked it!

- they did not accept paying through booking.com credit card, card terminal not working, accepted only cash! - Bathroom was smelly, but I guess thats how it is cuz of the drainage system in the city and it made the whole room smell pretty bad, but you get use to it by some time. - Bed mattress was worn-out and affects your sleep by making a lot of noise - non-existing wifi in the room

The staff were excellent! Super nice. The breakfast was enormous and the tagines were really delicious.

Just the smell in the shower but that's to be expected I think.

Nice quiet, pleasant and authentic

Nice family run business makes it feel very homely, nice decor and lighting, very helpful staff available 24/7, regular housekeeping, good quality food and tea upon request, staff willing to go above and beyond. Nice comfy seating.

Missing a wardrobe or a place to hang clothing. The presence of the family dog barking inside was unpleasant. Lack of ventilation in the bathroom.

A fascinating, cozy place on the outskirts of medina

Close to the very heart of Marrakesh - medina and one of the entrance gates. Very friendly staff (speaking in perfect English), very quiet place, clean and tidy, with a singing morning bird and a house cat. Very cheap and delicious breakfast.

The shower might have a curtain. There was only one electric socket by the bed - the only one in th entire room (luckily the friendly staff member provided us with an extension block),

Everything. The staff were amazingly helpful & friendly. The breakfast was great for the price. Close to the medina. Cannot believe what a little gem this is for the price.

4 day stay in Marrakech

The riad is beautiful and the people working there are lovely and super helpful. Breakfast costs 4 euros per person per day but it is amazing, definitely recommend! Some of the best food we had in Marrakech.

Very Good

Staff was very friendly and helpful, spacious room, good location. Many attractions <20m walk away.

There was a minor sewage issue in the bathroom but staff quickly resolved it in the middle of the night. WiFi somewhat spotty at times when everyone was using it (mostly between 7-10pm)

Lovely local Riad

Riad was very pretty! There was a downstairs sitting area. The bed was very comfy and the room clean. It was a 15/20 minutes walk from the Medina but only 5 minutes from local shops, a lovely restaurant and cash exchange.

There was no outside space to relax

Exceptional

Nice staff. You should book the transfer with the RIAD because the taxi driver leaves you at the RIAD'S door and makes sure you're in and safe (cost: 15€). The location is very nice. Quiet place to sleep. 10 minute walk to the local markets and 20-25 minute walk to Jemma Place. The neighbourhood is safe and local people are nice around the area.

Very Good

It's a basically a simple & nice . Near by market area.

Location could not find easily. Even Google map will send to different road and I have to contact them by asking how to get to the hotel. Taxi service is 50 if you ask hotel to arrange pick up. If you take taxi from marrekech station to the hotel is at about 15-20 only.
